Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore clears Typewriter Ascend Ltd’s proposed acquisition of Global Sea Containers Ltd (Seaco).

• Concludes that the deal is unlikely to substantially lessen competition in Singapore in relation to the supply of intermodal containers
