Shilo Sanders Sued by Bankruptcy Trustee Over Money Transfers

Shilo Sanders and two of his businesses were sued by a bankruptcy trustee to recover at least $500,000 in allegedly unauthorized transfers.

The football player improperly directed about $250,000 in funds from the bank account of his company, Big 21 LLC, in violation of a bankruptcy automatic stay, Chapter 7 trustee David Wadsworth said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The trustee is also seeking nearly $203,000 in funds received by Sanders’ other company, Headache Gang LLC, tied to name, image, and likeness contracts, according to the complaint. The company, created ...
