Several Wirecard Units in Asia-Pacific Sold by Administrator

Insolvency administrator Michael Jaffe secured sale of shares in Wirecard e-Money Philippines, Wirecard Payment Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Wirecard Thailand Co., Wirecard Payment Solutions Hong Kong Limited to Nomu Pay Ltd, company owned by British, Dutch Technology Investment Firm Finch Capital following further investor process, according to statement.

• The sales agreement signed this week also covers assets and licenses associated with the data warehouse of Wirecard Asia Holding Pte. Ltd. and Wirecard Singapore Pte. Ltd
