The San Francisco archdiocese lost a bankruptcy court battle to withhold board minutes and data revealing details about claims against priests named as sexual abuse perpetrators.

The decision Wednesday hands a win to claimants seeking information on how the Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco’s independent review board investigated and made recommendations since 2002 to the archbishop concerning clergy accused of sexually abusing minors.
