RRJ Capital, Deutsche to Refinance Bohai Leasing $1 Billion Loan

Private fund RRJ Capital and Deutsche Bank AG have agreed to provide a $550 million loan to Bohai Leasing Co., a China-listed aircraft and container leasing firm, to help partly refinance a $1 billion debtdue by the end of the month, according to people familiar with the matter.

RRJ will contribute the majority of the financing, with Deutsche Bank expected to provide just over $100 million, said the people, who declined to be identified discussing private information.
