Rothschild Names Yearley Co-Head of Global Restructuring Group

Rothschild & Co. is tapping Andrew Yearley to co-lead its restructuring group with an eye toward growing its US business as higher interest rates wreak havoc on corporate balance sheets.

The boutique bank named Yearley global co-head of restructuring, a perch from which he’ll focus on expanding its business in North America, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg. Starting next month, he will co-lead the practice with London-based co-head Andrew Merrett, according to the statement.
