Rochester Drug Cooperative Inc. filed for bankruptcy to effectuate an organized wind-down of operations.

  • Co. listed assets of more than $50m and debt of more than $100m in Chapter 11 documents filed Thursday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Rochester, New York
  • During the past five years, the company has been named as a defendant in “numerous” state and federal litigation involving the sale of controlled substances, including opioids
