Revlon, Talc Claimants Clash in Court on Missing Asbestos Trust

Cosmetics giant Revlon defended its decision to skip creating a trust specifically for future asbestos-related claims when it was in bankruptcy, while a group of people suing the company over allegedly contaminated talc products argued it hindered them from seeking relief.
