Judge Judith H. Wizmur of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey entered an orderapproving the debtor’s Chapter 11 reorganization plan May 15 (25 BBLR 678, 5/16/13). The effective date of the plan is May 21, according to court documents.
The debtor and its affiliates NB Acquisition LLC, Revel AC LLC, Revel Atlantic City LLC, and Revel Entertainment Group LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection March 25. ...
