Restructuring Veteran Sets Up New Firm to Both Advise and Invest

Restructuring veteran Ari Lefkovits will lead a new advisory firm that focuses on mergers, restructurings and so-called liability-management exercises — and potentially invests along with clients in some of these deals.

New York-based Apotheo Capital is billing itself as a financial advisory and private investment firm, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg. Along with Lefkovits, its other co-founders are Alice Chong and Jay Losty, who previously worked with him at Delos Capital.
