Residential Solar Company Mosaic Amends Bid Process Timeline

Mosaic Sustainable Finance Corp. is giving potential bidders one more week to submit offers for its assets following an agreement with unsecured creditors.

• Bankruptcy Judge Christopher M. Lopez approved amendments made to the DIP financing agreement on Wednesday
• The deadline on planned bids was extended to July 28 and the auction will now be held August 11
• Earlier this week a group of unsecured creditors raised objections that they would run a short sales process that grants lenders “substantial power to control”
