Radiology Partners Expects New Cash From Arbitration, VC Backer

Struggling medical practice network Radiology Partners Inc. told its creditors that it expects to receive more than $150 million tied to an arbitration dispute with UnitedHealthcare Group Inc., sparking a rally in the company’s loan, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

The company’s more than $1.6 billion first-lien term loan due 2025 has climbed to around 76 cents on the dollar, up from 72.625 cents last week, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. It remains down from highs of 87.375 cents earlier this year.
