Quigley Company’s fifth amended plan of reorganization became effective Nov. 4 and the company has emerged from Chapter 11 protection (In re Quigley Company, Bankr. S.D.N.Y., No. 04-15739 (SMB)).
According to court documents, the debtor’s reorganization plan was confirmed by the bankruptcy court on July 2, 2013, and this order was confirmed by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on July 30.
