Purdue Pharma LP has asked a bankruptcy judge to approve bonuses for its top three executives worth up to $6.7 million, including up to $2.9 million for its CEO Craig Landau.
The OxyContin maker’s proposed incentive plans for the executives would pay them between $5.2 million to $6.7 million if they meet certain goals, Purdue said in a motion filed late Tuesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
