Purdue Pharma LP’s creditors urged a court to ban the bankrupt opioid manufacturer from making undisclosed political campaign donations, and asked the recipients of about $185,000 of previous contributions to immediately return them.
Purdue’s previous contributions were made after it filed for bankruptcy, a committee of unsecured creditors said.
