Puerto Rico Reorg Advisers to Get New Fee Application Procedures

Advisers working on Puerto Rico’s financial restructuring are facing updated fee application procedures following passage of a new federal law requiring more in-depth conflict disclosures.

The court-appointed fee examiner will present a draft of revised application procedures to the court, the examiner’s attorney, Katherine Stadler of Godfrey & Kahn SC, said at a status conference Wednesday.
