U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur will step down from the Southern District of Texas’ two-judge panel that has drawn some of the largest Chapter 11 cases in the country.
Since 2016, complex Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas have been assigned randomly to the panel made up of Isgur and David Jones, chief judge of the court.
