Omtron USA LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection Nov. 9 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (In re Omtron USA LLC, Bankr. D. Del., No. 12-13076).
According to court documents, Omtron is doing business as Townsends LLC. Townsends, as provided in a company press release, is a poultry processing company headquartered in Georgetown, Del., with facilities in Arkansas, North Carolina, and Georgia.
