Post-Backed Nut Butter Maker’s Lenders Organize Amid Cash Crunch

Lenders to private-label food manufacturer 8th Avenue Food & Provisions Inc. have organized and are seeking to engage with the company as its liquidity tightens, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The group of lenders has hired Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher for advice, and the law firm has sent a letter to the company in an effort to address liquidity concerns, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
