Platinum-Backed Aerospace Supplier Incora Files for Bankruptcy

Platinum Equity’s Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc., which does business as Incora, filed for bankruptcy after facing a liquidity crunch.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based aerospace supplier listed both assets and liabilities in the range of $1 billion and $10 billion in a Chapter 11 petition filed in the Southern District of Texas. It estimated funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors, largest among which is BOK Financial Corp., with claims totaling over $618 million.
