Pharmagreen Biotech Files for Chapter 11 in Nevada Court

Pharmagreen Biotech has voluntarily filed for petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.
