PG&E Says SEC Won’t Take Enforcement Action for Fire Disclosures

PG&E Corp. said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had notified the utility on May 5 that the federal agency doesn’t intend to recommend enforcement actions related to a probe of the utility’s disclosures for the 2018 Camp fire, 2017 wine country fires and the 2015 Butte fire.
