Buffets LLC, owner of Old Country Buffet and HomeTown Buffet, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Texas on Tuesday.

• The entity listed assets of as much as $10m and liabilities of as much as $100m in its bankruptcy petition
• Affiliates also filing for bankruptcy include Ryan’s Restaurant Group LLC, Tahoe Joe’s Inc and Fire Mountain Restaurants LLC, court papers show
• The case is Buffets LLC, 21-30723, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas)
