Orix subsidiary Hilco Global is seeking offers to acquire the consumer IP assets of Rite Aid.

  • Hilco been retained to manage the sale of the assets
  • Bids to acquire the assets are due by Oct. 31
  • If necessary, an auction will be held on Nov. 6
