On-Site Fuel Service Put in Involuntary Bankruptcy by Creditors

Brandon Miss.-based mobile fueling service On-Site Fuel Service, Inc. is officially bankrupt almost seven months after its creditors filed a petition with a Mississippi court.

Judge Neil P. Olack of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi May 24 entered an “order for relief” in On-Site’s involuntary bankruptcy. The company, which previously qualified as an “alleged debtor,” is now a debtor in Chapter 7.
