Oi Says Court Denied Appeal to Ruling That Removed Management

A judge from the 1st Private Law Chamber of Rio de Janeiro’s Court of Justice denied Oi’s appeal against a previous ruling that ordered the suspension of the company’s obligations and the replacement of its board of directors and management.
