OI Says Court Approved Resignation of DIP Refinancing by BTG

Oi said in a filing Monday that a Rio de Janeiro business court approved the resignation presented by BTG Pactual for the refinancing of the emergency DIP.

• The court also approved the right to demand payment of the termination fee provided for in the instrument of refinancing of the Emergency DIP (break-up fee) and authorized the hiring of AHG Competing Proposal
