Oi Agrees to Sell Towers And Other Assets to IHS Brasil

Brazil’s telecommunication Oi SA sold 100% of its stock in a unit composed by real state and towers, company said in a filing filing on the night of Dec. 27.

• IHS Brasil Cessao de Infraestruturas bought the assets of an isolated productive unit, after a creditors assembly in April approved the sell
• Completion of the transaction is subject to fulfillment with certain conditions precedent set out in the contract
• Oi SA remains in judicial recovery
