Frank Parsons Inc. filed for Chapter 11 protection Jan. 6 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (In re Frank Parsons Inc.).
According to a Jan. 14 news release, the Hanover, Md.-based company “is the largest employee-owned, business products, technology, and office supplies company in the United States.”
