Oak Hill Adds to Expanding U.S. Distressed Team With Kenny Hire

Oak Hill Advisors has hired Chris Kenny as a managing director focused on distressed investing in the U.S., according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Kenny will join the New York-based firm in mid-August, said one of the people, requesting anonymity because the hire isn’t yet public. He was most recently at Diameter Capital Partners, the people said. Prior to that, he worked at Aurelius Capital Management and Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to his LinkedIn profile.

Kenny and representatives for Oak Hill and Diameter declined to comment.
