NYSE to Begin Delisting Proceedings Against Azul

New York Stock Exchange has started the proceedings to delist American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of Brazilian airline Azul, it said in a statement.

• Azul is no longer suitable for listing following its Chapter 11 filing, NYSE said
• Azul informed the exchange that it will not exercise its right to ask for a review of the decision: NYSE
