• Gaudette named president; to become CEO as of NRG’s 2026 annual shareholder meeting
  • Currently serves as executive vice president and president of NRG Business & Wholesale Operations
• Lawrence Coben will remain chair and CEO until April 30
• Antonio Carrillo, lead independent director, will become chair when Gaudette takes CEO role
• The leadership change is part of a planned succession strategy
