Novavax: Australia Cancels Delivery of Some COVID-19 Doses

Novavax said Australia canceled certain doses of the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in an amendment to their 2020 advanced purchase agreement.

• Will credit about $31m of advanced payment against outstanding invoices and invoices for the future delivery of about 3m doses
• Doses were scheduled for delivery between the fourth quarter of 2023 and the fourth quarter of 2025
• Also updated vaccine delivery schedule through 2029
