Northvolt to Add Investment Banker Selig to its Board: SR

Northvolt will add American investment banker Stefan Selig to its board, Swedish Radio reports.

• Selig has lately been working as an adviser to the company, and he will be voted into the board in the near future
• I will serve “as an independent adviser to Northvolt AB in connection with their restructuring,” Selig said separately in a post on LinkedIn
• “With his vast experience of navigating complex restructuring processes he can be of great value to the board,” Northvolt writes in a comment to Swedish Radio
