Nobia Proposes Ex-Holland & Barrett CEO Tony Buffin as Chairman

Nobia’s nomination committee has proposed that Tony Buffin be appointed as chairman, succeeding Jan Svensson, who’s stepping down.

  • NOTE: Buffin has been a Nobia board member since 2022 and is currently CEO of Tecsa and chairman of Highbourne Group; he’s previously been on the board of Kingfisher and CEO of Holland & Barrett
