The founder of Nikola Corp. agreed to exchange discovery with creditors of the bankrupt electric-vehicle maker over questions of whether he can pay a $97 million arbitration award he owes the company.
Former CEO Trevor Milton will produce by the end of June records to unsecured creditors identifying all assets he owns or controls with a value of $100,000 or more, and transfers of $100,000 or more made since July 1, 2021, an attorney for creditor group said at a hearing Monday in the US Bankruptcy Court for District of Delaware.
