New Rochelle’s Campus Sale to Cover Over a Third of Its Debt

The College of New Rochelle sold its 15.6-acre campus to a nonprofit dedicated to child and senior care that bid $32 million to win the property in a bankruptcy auction.

The U.S. Bankrupcty Court for the Southern district of New York approved the final bid Monday for the Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Asylum Fund to purchase the property, located just outside of Manhattan.
