Black Gaming LLC, Mesquite, Nevada’s largest gaming company, obtained confirmation of its reorganization plan June 28 from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, paving the way for the company to emerge from Chapter 11 protection (In re Black Gaming LLC).
