Companies’ boards approved July 1 as the date for the consummation of the incorporation, according to filing.

• Shareholders holding Natura&Co shares will receive one share of Natura Cosmeticos (NATU3) for each share (NTCO3)
  • Trading of NATU3 shares will begin on July 2 on B3 Novo Mercado
• Natura&Co has terminated early its share buyback program and canceled 16.5m shares held in treasury
