Company intends to submit proposal of merger into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Natura Cosmeticos, to shareholders, Natura &Co said in a filing.
- Merger will better align governance with business priorities, “result in a more efficient structure and should unlock value for shareholders, especially by enabling a future distribution of Natura Cosmeticos S.A.‘s profits”, the filing says
