Natura Agrees to Sell Avon Business in Central America

Natura has signed a binding agreement with the PDC Group for the sale of Avon CARD, which manages Avon businesses in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.

• Avon CARD will be sold for a nominal value of $1, plus payment, at the closing of the transaction, of a receivable of $22 million from Avon Guatemala to Natura
• Deal expected to be closed by Oct. 30
• Natura reaffirms it still seeks to sell Avon International
