Desktop Metal Shares Rise on Nano Dimension Deal (1)

Desktop Metal Inc. shares rise as much as 10% to $4.75 after Nano Dimension agreed to buy the 3D printing solutions company. The all-cash transaction for $5.50 per share is subject to possible downward adjustments to $4.07 per share.
