Mover Closer to Selling Motiva Stake to Bradesco: Valor

Grupo Mover Participacoes’ controllers have advanced in negotiations to sell the holding’s stake in Motiva to Bradesco, Valor Economico reports, citing unnamed people close to the matter.

  • Stake, of 14.86%, is valued at about 4b reais, Valor says
  • Motiva shares were previously pledged to the bank as collateral due to Mover’s debt
