Motorbike Maker KTM’s Owner Gets Investor Offers Amid Insolvency

The parent of now-insolvent Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM AG received financing offers that would fund its restructuring and allow creditors to recover at least 30% of what they’re owed.

Swiss-listed Pierer Mobility AG said it had received “several offers” from investors as part of a fundraising process overseen by Citigroup Inc., the company said in a statement Thursday. The process is tied to a restructuring of KTM, which has provided a majority of its revenues.
