Moody’s lowered At Home’s probability of default rating to D-PD from Ca-PD.

• Affirmed all other ratings including Ca corporate family rating
• Outlook changed to stable from negative
• Subsequent to today’s actions, Moody’s will withdraw all of At Home’s ratings
• NOTE: At Home Files Bankruptcy With Lenders Set to Take Over
