Mobileum Lenders Select Adviser Amid Accounting Questions

A group of lenders to Mobileum Inc. added Houlihan Lokey to its advisory roster as the accuracy of the company’s financial reporting has come under scrutiny, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be named discussing the private engagement.
