Miss America Producer Sues Alleging Bankruptcy Fraud

Beauty pageant Miss America’s producer and director Robin Fleming filed a civil complaint against Glenn F. Straub and his attorneys claiming dozens of allegations, including racketeering, defamation and bankruptcy fraud.

• The plaintiffs, which include several Miss America-related entities owned by Fleming, are seeking $500m in damages against the defendants, according to court filings
• The complaint said Fleming is the owner of the Miss America entities holding the assets, and she is the manager and CEO of all the Miss America entities
