Mexico’s Salinas Company Says Open to Dialogue With Creditors

A group of minority shareholders, which Mexican mogul Ricardo Salinas Pliego’s company TV Azteca deemed as vulture funds, obstructed negotiations for a debt reorganization deal, according to a statement.
