Mavenir Systems Completes Recapitalization, Cutting $1.3b Debt

Mavenir Systems completed its comprehensive recapitalization with Siris, eliminating more than more than $1.3 billion of existing debt.

• Mavenir secures $300 million of new senior financing, in addition to a smaller subordinated facility provided by Siris and participating lenders
• Siris remains Mavenir’s controlling shareholder
