Marriott Seeks to Pursue Millions It Says Wardman Hotel Owes

Marriott International, the former manager of the bankrupt Wardman Park Hotel, asked a court for the right to pursue claims it says it’s owed by the hotel’s owners.

  • Marriott wants to pay $11 million of severance to former employees of the hotel, and is seeking reimbursement for more than $5 million it paid to maintain the site, according to a bankruptcy court filing.
